About Leopard Within
Leopard Within is rooted in the belief that strength, wisdom, happiness and capability already exist within us.
The leopard represents the quiet strength, adaptability, and instinctive knowing we hold.
A way of moving through the world that doesn’t rely on fixing or forcing, but on understanding and working with what’s already there within you.
You don't need to change your spots.

My Mission
To support you to understand yourself on a deeper level.
Following years of pressure, masking, or trying to meet expectations that have created a sense of disconnection from who you truly are.
Building clarity, self compassion and a sense of control so life can be lived more intentionally.
Coaching with Leopard Within helps you to reconnect or discover your values, strengths and natural way of being.
My Vision
To support you and honour what matters.
To help you find a life what feels more authentic to who you truly are.
This can help you in all areas of life, including relationships, work, social commitments, hobbies and more. Helping you to find a sustainable purpose and happiness that feels right.
Coaching with Leopard Within works with your brain and finds ways to live more purposefully and happily.
My Core belief
Living well isn't about trying harder or forcing ourselves into someone else's idea of success.
It's about living in alignment, with who you are.
Coaching with Leopard Within can help you discover your true identity.

My approach
I work in a collaborative, thoughtful way, with a down-to-earth, compassionate, and realistic approach.
There’s no pressure to perform, push through, or become someone you’re not. Instead, we work with how your mind already functions - noticing patterns, strengths, and challenges with curiosity rather than judgement.
My coaching is both practical and reflective, supporting clarity, self-trust, and sustainable ways of living and working that genuinely fit your life, without feeling forced.
About me
I’m Kaye, an ADHD and neurodiversity coach with lived experience of navigating overwhelm, work, and identity.
My work is shaped by professional training, ongoing supervision, and real-life experience - both personal and within organisational settings.
I care deeply about creating environments that are thoughtful and genuinely supportive, so people are met as they are, rather than asked to fit a mould.
My coaching practice is grounded in specialist ADHD coach training aligned with recognised professional standards, alongside ongoing supervision and continued professional development (CPD).
I work ethically, reflectively, and within clear professional boundaries, ensuring coaching remains supportive, responsible, and client-led.

My story
The journey that shaped Leopard Within
From the outside, I appeared capable and driven. I built a career in demanding environments, supporting others through pressure and change.
Inside, there was a constant hum of restlessness.a nervous system that rarely settled, and a sense of always being close to burnout.
For much of my life, I experienced the world intensely - emotionally, mentally, and physically.
People don’t need fixing, but support that helps them understand who they truly are.
Movement became my anchor. Running gave my restless energy somewhere to go and helped me cope with the intensity I carried inside.
I’m now training as a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, deepening my understanding of movement, breath, and nervous system regulation, and how these support wellbeing alongside reflective coaching.
I still run but i've learned to honour rhythm - the natural balance between movement and rest, energy and calm.
I tried the things I was meant to try - stillness, slowing down, mindfulness - but what was supposed to calm often amplified the noise.
The leopard has come to represent quiet strength, adaptability, and trusting what’s already within - values that now sit at the heart of my work.
A late ADHD diagnosis at 44, alongside dyscalculia, and AuDHD brought long-overdue clarity. Throw in perimenopause and it was a perfect-storm.
Diagnosis, helped me understand that nothing was wrong with me but my mind and body simply process the world differently.
Yoga later entered my life not to enforce stillness, but as permission.
Permission to move, to breathe, and to regulate through the body.
Leopard Within was born from this journey - from a belief that , honour their rhythms, and live in ways that feel sustainable, compassionate, and true.
This work continues to evolve, just as the journey does.
Coaching gave me the space to make sense of these experiences, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with curiosity rather than judgement.
Leopard Within is personal. It comes from the leopard tattoo on my inner left arm, chosen after my ADHD diagnosis at a time when I was learning to meet myself with more compassion and less self-criticism.
