MOVE • BREATHE • CONNECT

Yoga for busy brains, real bodies & perfectly imperfect humans.

You don't need a quiet mind to practise yoga.

You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to touch your toes.
You don't need to know what you're doing.

You just need a place to start.

Come as you are.

Yoga that supports real life

Yoga at Leopard Within is my approach to yoga: inclusive, intuitive Vinyasa yoga that meets you where you are.

My classes combine mindful movement, breath, strength, mobility and moments of stillness, with options throughout so you can listen to your body and make the practice your own.

Whether your brain is beautifully quiet or currently running 47 open tabs, you're welcome here. 😉

I teach from a neuro-affirming perspective, creating welcoming spaces where there is no pressure to perform, achieve or get the “perfect” pose.

Because there isn't one.

There is only your pose, today.

Everyone.

Whether you're:

🌿 brand new to yoga
🌿 returning after years away
🌿 looking to build strength and mobility
🌿 looking for a calmer way to move
🌿 dealing with a busy or distracted mind
🌿 navigating change or transition
🌿 looking for an hour that's just for you

You don't need an ADHD diagnosis or any specific neurotype.

My teaching is informed by my own experience of ADHD and neurodiversity, but Yoga Leopard Within is for anyone who wants to move, breathe and reconnect.

For coaching clients who want to explore movement, breath and nervous-system practices alongside their coaching journey.

Move with curiosity, not judgement.

I don't believe yoga is about forcing your body into a shape because someone else says that's what it should look like.

  • I believe it's about noticing:

  • What does my body need today?

  • What feels good?

  • What can I let go of?

  • Can I stop trying to get it “right”?

Some days your practice might fee. strong and energising.

Some days it might feel slow and grounding.

Some days getting onto the mat at all might be the practice.

That's yoga too.

My Story

Yoga has become one of the most important practices in my own journey.

For years, I lived in "work harder" mode. Running and high-intensity exercise became my outlet because they gave me relief from what I now recognise was a constantly busy, overwhelmed mind.

Slowing down didn't come naturally to me, and if I'm honest, I wasn't sure it was even possible.

Then I discovered yoga.

I was drawn to strong, dynamic flows at first and loved discovering a different kind of strength. As my practice deepened, so did my curiosity. The physical practice gradually opened the door to something much bigger.

I still remember my first Yin class.  I found it incredibly uncomfortable. Sitting still, listening to my thoughts and simply being with myself felt almost impossible. Looking back, I can see my nervous system had been living in survival mode for years. At the time, I simply thought I wasn't very good at relaxing.

But I kept coming back.

Little by little, I noticed a shift. I felt calmer, more grounded and more connected to myself. Yoga wasn't changing who I was, it was helping me understand who I'd been all along.

Around the same time, perimenopause arrived and the strategies I'd relied on for years stopped working. In 2024, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and suddenly so much of my life made sense.

Yoga has remained my anchor ever since.

For me, yoga has never been about touching your toes, achieving the perfect pose or looking a certain way. It's a daily practice of reconnecting with my body, regulating my nervous system and creating space to breathe, reflect and simply be.

It's where I return whenever life feels overwhelming.

As I trained as an ADHD coach, I naturally found myself wondering how these two worlds could come together.

Today, my teaching brings together everything I've learned through my own experience, my yoga training and my work as an ADHD coach. My aim isn't to teach the perfect pose. It's to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself.

Come as you are. ❤️

  • You don't need to quiet your mind before you step onto the mat.

  • You don't need to change your body.

  • You don't need to be perfect.

  • Just come as you are.
