VA SUPPORT

Calm, thoughtful support for busy minds.

Behind every passionate business owner, coach, creative or leader is often a never-ending list of things demanding their attention.

As an experienced Executive Assistant, I understand what it takes to create calm, structure and support behind the scenes, particularly for busy, brilliant minds juggling a lot.

Whether you’re a coach, yoga teacher, neurodivergent entrepreneur, creative, founder or purpose-led professional, I offer thoughtful, flexible virtual support designed to lighten the load and help things flow more smoothly.

My approach is flexible, warm, organised, intuitive and human, working with the way your brain works, not against it.

VA SUPPORT

My Journey & Who I Support

I believe that true support isn't about just checking a box. It is about honoring the rhythm of your brain so you have the quiet space you need to grow.

I am not a distant agency. I am a VA who knows exactly what it feels like to navigate the noise of a busy brain.

My background as an Executive Assistant for senior leaders combined with my own lived experience of ADHD means I bring both practical systems and deep empathy.I offer a calm, grounded presence.

I love helping kind, purpose-driven people do the work that matters most without hitting the ceiling of burnout.

If you have a brilliant vision but feel buried by the moving pieces, I am here to help you breathe again.

  • Neurodivergent founders and ADHD creatives
  • Wellness guides and yoga teachers
  • Heart-led coaches and therapists
  • Small, ethical, and service-based businesses
  • Anyone feeling overwhelmed
