Because I know what it feels like to struggle quietly.
For many years, I moved through life feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted and often wondering why things felt harder for me than they seemed to for others. Alongside motherhood, work, shifting identity and life’s challenges, I found myself searching for understanding, calm and a way back to myself.
Following my late ADHD diagnosis in 2024, so much suddenly made sense.
It helped me understand the way my mind works, but more importantly, it opened the door to compassion, healing and learning how to support my nervous system rather than fight against it.
Yoga became a huge part of that journey, helping me feel stronger, calmer and more connected to myself than I had in years. It taught me to slow down, listen inward and meet myself with more kindness.
I do this work because I want others to feel less alone.
Whether you are navigating ADHD, overwhelm, parenting a neurodivergent child, burnout, confidence struggles or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I want to offer a space where you feel seen, understood and gently supported.
I don’t believe in fixing people, because you are not broken.
I believe in helping people better understand themselves, reconnect with who they are, and move forward with more confidence, self-trust and compassion.
My hope is that through coaching, yoga and shared understanding, you leave feeling lighter, more empowered and more like yourself again.
