Coaching is offered as a collaborative, compassionate space designed to support understanding, clarity, and meaningful change. These terms outline how we will work together and help ensure the coaching relationship feels clear, safe, and supportive for both of us.
By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the Booking Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. What is coaching?

Coaching is a forward-focused, reflective process that supports self-awareness, clarity, and growth.

It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and it does not replace mental health or medical support.

Coaching focuses on the present and future, exploring habits, beliefs, values, goals, and choices that support sustainable change.

As your coach, I will listen with curiosity, ask reflective questions, and support you to identify strategies and perspectives that work for you.
2. Accessibility and inclusion

Leopard Within is committed to creating an inclusive, flexible, and supportive space.

If you need adjustments, such as slower pacing, breaks, alternative communication formats, or other support, you are welcome to share this at any time.

Coaching works best when it meets you where you are.
-
A formal diagnosis is not required to access coaching.
3. The coaching process

Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are delivered online (or in person by agreement).
-
We will agree the number and frequency of sessions in advance (for example, a block of 3 or 6 sessions).

Coaching sessions are payable in advance via the booking system.
-
Between sessions, you are welcome to share brief reflections or updates by email. I will respond within my working hours (Monday–Friday).
4. Commitment and responsibilities
​As your coach, I will:

Hold a confidential, supportive space for reflection and exploration

Maintain clear professional boundaries and ethical standards
-
Encourage curiosity, self-compassion, and understanding
-
Offer gentle challenge and direction when helpful
-
Respect your autonomy, you remain responsible for your own decisions and actions
-
Recommend alternative or additional support if something falls outside the scope of coaching
As a client, you agree to:

Engage openly and honestly in sessions
-
Take responsibility for your own learning and actions
-
Attend sessions on time and communicate if you need to reschedule
-
Use coaching as a space for reflection, exploration, and experimentation
5. Payment
​

All coaching sessions are payable in advance.
-
Single sessions and 3-session coaching blocks are paid in full at the time of booking.
-
6-session coaching blocks may be paid either in full at the time of booking or via an agreed payment plan.
-
Where a payment plan is used, the full block fee (£540) remains payable once coaching has commenced.
-
Block bookings reserve session time in advance and are non-refundable once coaching has begun.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
-
Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

I will only cancel or reschedule sessions when absolutely necessary and will give as much notice as possible.

7. Confidentiality and safeguarding

Everything discussed in coaching sessions is confidential unless:

There is a risk of harm to you or another personI am legally required to disclose information (for example, safeguarding obligations)

In these rare circumstances, I will aim to discuss this with you first wherever it is safe and appropriate to do

Coaching does not involve the provision of mental health, medical, or diagnostic services.
8. Data protection and privacy​

Leopard Within is committed to protecting your personal information.

Any personal data shared as part of the booking or coaching process will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Leopard Within Privacy Policy.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

9. Professional conduct
​

The coaching relationship is built on mutual trust and respect. In the unlikely event of a concern or disagreement, both parties agree to communicate openly and respectfully to seek resolution.

10. Governing law
​

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
11. Agreement

By booking a session, you confirm that:

coaching is entered into voluntarily

you agree to the terms outlined above
