ADHD & Neurodiversity Coaching for Organisations

Building inclusive and supportive workplaces for neurodivergent employees

I work with organisations who care about their people and invest in them.

Supporting individuals and teams thoughtfully can help reduce burnout, sickness absence, and disengagement, while creating more sustainable ways of working.

My professional experience

I bring over 20 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders and teams.

I have lived experience of navigating work, wellbeing, and identity in high-pressure environments, without understanding my own neurodivergence until much later in my career.

This perspective shapes how I approach my work with care, nuance, and realism.

I’ve supported leaders and teams across large organisations, including Illumina, Cancer Research UK, and Kuoni, as well as smaller media environments & charities.

My coaching approach is deeply human and practical.

I understand how organisations can unintentionally overlook individual needs and just how powerful it can be when they choose to offer support that genuinely meets people where they are.

What I can offer your organisation & employees

I work collaboratively with organisations to support individuals and teams through periods of pressure, change, and transition.

Together, we explore how workplace environments, expectations, and systems shape productivity, confidence, and ways of working, particularly for neurodivergent staff.

The focus is on helping people feel understood and included, while supporting healthier, more sustainable ways of working that benefit both individuals and the organisation as a whole.

Options include:

  • One-to-one coaching for employees navigating pressure, burnout, or periods of change

  • Support during organisational transitions or times of increased demand

  • Reflective spaces for managers, helping them better understand and support their team

  • Learning circles or facilitated conversations focused on wellbeing, energy, and different working styles

  • Guidance for organisations on supporting staff in ways that are fair, realistic, and aligned with organisational needs
